Hello lovelies! Happy Tuesday!! I can’t believe we are already at the end of May. That means school will be out in a few days and I am slowing going into a panic mode. Don’t get me wrong, I love summer, but entertaining kids for 2.5 months is not an easy task. As my kids are getting older, I realize that we simply can no longer bribe them with trips to the swimming pool. Therefore, we are constantly looking for ways to keep them active and happy without smashing and completely destroying our budget. Am I the only one thinking this or do you feel the same? If you are a parent, I would love to hear your thoughts on this! What summer activities do your kid (s) enjoy the most?
My hubby challenged me into writing my next five blog posts on the maxi dresses I currently have in my closet. Even though I knew that was his approach in making me realize that I shouldn’t shop for maxi dresses this year, I gladly accepted the challenge and here we are with my first post. I scored a great deal on this green maxi dress over a year ago at F21 and although I am not too fond of the fabric (Easily – wrinkle), I couldn’t pass it up. I know the dark green does not really scream summer, but hey, it is one of my favorite colors 🙂 . To bring out the color and make the outfit a little summery, I paired it with a white strappy tank top, my mustard green clutch and yellow leopard print wedges.
Thank you so much for reading and have a lovely week!
